Sattva Dabaspete Overview

Dobbaspet is the point on Tumakuru Road (NH 48) where the highway meets the Satellite Town Ring Road, and that junction is the setting for Sattva Dabaspete, the plotted development Sattva Group is understood to be planning here. The Land at Dabaspete

Dobbaspet is a town that already carries NH 48, the Satellite Town Ring Road and a railway halt on the Bengaluru-Tumakuru line. The KIADB Dobbaspet industrial area sits a few km from the town centre, with Sami Labs about 1.4 km away by road and Jindal Aluminium about 2.8 km. Sattva Ekatra adds a same-city project reference for buyers reading the overview through product format, buyer profile, and what still needs document-backed confirmation.

The Satellite Town Ring Road stretch from Dobbaspet through Doddaballapura towards Hoskote has been open since March 2024 and tolled since June 2024, which puts Dobbaspet at the western end of a working ring-road link across north Bengaluru. Because Sattva has not announced the parcel, no distance on this site is measured from the project itself. Distances run from Dobbaspet town centre: about 22.6 km to Nelamangala, 20.9 km to Tumakuru and 48.0 km to Majestic. The location page has the full list. A same-developer shortlist can feel simpler than it really is; Sattva Aaranya keeps attention on how each Bengaluru address solves a different routine, budget, and documentation question.

One note on names. Dabaspete is the name of this project; Dobbaspet is the town's usual spelling and the one on road signs. Both point to the same place.

Sattva's Plotted Layouts So Far

Sattva Group has registered six plotted layouts in Karnataka. They are past projects and are shown here as the developer's record, not as a description of Dabaspete.

Two readings stand out. Sattva has registered large layouts (Green Groves, at 44.94 acres, is the largest of the six by area) and compact, dense ones (Kaveri Siri, Bhumi, Ekatra and Kaveri Siri II at 17.7 to 21.3 plots an acre). And Sattva's own account is that more than half of Bhumi's plots sold before its official launch, as reported by Construction Times on 3 December 2024. Sattva Green Groves, near the Nelamangala toll, sits on the Bengaluru side of Dobbaspet.

A Sense of Scale

At about 100 acres, which is the figure understood while Sattva has not announced the layout, the land would be more than twice the size of Green Groves. For a rough sense of scale, take the density of Sattva's six registered plotted layouts:

LayoutPlotsAcresPlots an acre
Serene Life41032.6712.5
Kaveri Siri65935.1018.8
Green Groves73544.9416.4
Bhumi34319.3717.7
Ekatra50324.3620.6
Kaveri Siri II47722.4421.3

Those six hold between 12.5 and 21.3 plots an acre. On 100 acres, 12.5 x 100 is 1,250 and 21.3 x 100 is 2,130, so the range is 1,250 to 2,130 plots on paper. This is a rough sense of scale, not an announcement: Sattva has not announced the layout or a plot count, and the layout may be built in phases of any size.

What Sattva Is Yet to Announce

Sattva's announcement will settle a short list of questions for Sattva Dabaspete:

  • The official project name, which may change at launch
  • The parcel, survey numbers and the promoter company that will register the layout
  • Plot sizes and the plot count. Sattva has not announced plot sizes.
  • The price list, payment plan and any launch offer. Sattva has not announced prices.
  • Amenities, clubhouse and road widths
  • The planning authority that sanctions the layout, and the K-RERA registration number
  • Launch and possession dates

Confirm the K-RERA registration on the official K-RERA site before you pay anything: https://rera.karnataka.gov.in/viewAllProjects?language=en. Once the layout is registered, its number and promoter will be listed there to check.

Sattva Dabaspete Overview FAQs

What is Sattva Dabaspete?

Sattva Dabaspete is a plotted development that Sattva Group is understood to be planning on about 100 acres at Dabaspete (Dobbaspet), Nelamangala taluk, at the meeting of Tumakuru Road (NH 48) and the Satellite Town Ring Road. Sattva has not announced this layout, and no K-RERA registration is shown for it as at 4 October 2026. Everything else on this site about the project is either the corridor, Sattva's record in named past projects, or buyer guidance.

Why is it called Dabaspete on this site and Dobbaspet elsewhere?

Sattva Dabaspete is the name this page uses for Sattva's planned plotted development at Dabaspete (Dobbaspet). Sattva has not announced an official name, so the name may change at launch. Dabaspete is the spelling in the project name, while Dobbaspet is the town's usual spelling and the one on road signs, and you will also see Dabaspet and Dobaspet. All of them refer to the same town on NH 48.

How large is the Sattva Dabaspete land?

The land is understood to be about 100 acres, which Sattva has not confirmed or announced. It is therefore not yet known whether 100 acres will be one phase or the whole parcel. For comparison, the largest of Sattva's six registered plotted layouts by area is Green Groves near Nelamangala, on 44.94 acres.

Is Sattva Dabaspete RERA registered?

No K-RERA registration is shown for Sattva Dabaspete as at 4 October 2026, and Sattva has announced no registration number. The official K-RERA project list is at https://rera.karnataka.gov.in/viewAllProjects?language=en. Confirm the K-RERA registration on the official K-RERA site before you pay anything, and treat any number quoted to you before Sattva announces the layout with caution.

When will Sattva Dabaspete launch?

Sattva has not announced a launch date, a possession date or a phase plan. The layout also has no K-RERA registration yet, and a launch would normally follow one. Use the contact page to register your interest and you will be told when Sattva makes its announcement.

Is Sattva Dabaspete the same as Sattva Green Groves?

No. Sattva Green Groves is a registered layout of 735 plots on 44.94 acres near the Nelamangala toll, on the Bengaluru side of Dobbaspet. Sattva Dabaspete is a different layout at Dobbaspet itself, and Sattva has not announced it. Green Groves appears on this site only as a named past project.
